The Salami al Limone is slightly lighter in comparison to our other cured meats and can be a great addition to most dishes. Why not marry it up with a young cheese to accompany it or slice it up with olives. Amazing flavour, maybe one of our favourites so far.
Lipari has aged this Salami for 7 days, ripening the Salami for a total of 30 days. This allows the meat to cure and the infused flavours to marinate, creating what is a truly incredible salami.
