The red garlic of Nubia, a cultivation from the province of Trapani, known for its taste and aromatic texture mixed with the local organic rosemary is cut by hand before being added to the meat. This combination is the setting stone for Sicilian ingredients that Lipari has illustrated so well. As soon as you put a slice of this wonderful Sicilian Salami in your mouth, the flavours will just ooze out.
Lipari has aged this Salami for 7 days, ripening the Salami for a total of 40 days. This allows the meat to cure and the infused flavours to marinate, creating what is a truly incredible salami.
