Shipping policy

All orders are processed the same day (Including weekends but excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. For all orders outside of the Wirral, your orders will be shipped in between 1-3 days.

Christmas: Christmas Deadline for Guarantee arrival is 18th December. After the 20th we cannot guarantee arrival before Christmas Day.

Currently, we are unable to ship to mainland Europe due to the growing problems and concerns with Importing. If this changes in the near future we will let you know.

All Wirral postcodes in the following list: CH41, CH42, CH43, CH44, CH45, CH46, CH47, CH48, CH49, CH60, CH61, CH62, CH63, CH64 are subject to free same-day delivery which is automatically applied once you have inserted your postcode at the checkout.

The Same Day Free Delivery is subject to all orders made before 5pm for Wirral postcodes only. Any orders after 5pm will receive their orders the next day.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

  • For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.​

  • We use Guaranteed Next Day Delivery Services to make sure you get your parcel as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please allow 3 working days from dispatch for your order to arrive. It is out of our control when we hand your parcel to our Courier. But if the arrival time exceeds 5 working days please email us at

Return & Exchange Policy

As much as we hope you absolutely love our products. We accept returns up to 4 days after delivery. We ONLY accept unopened, unused and sealed items due to the fact we are selling consumable products. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

When we receive a returned product please allow 3 working days to investigate the product. You will be emailed with our decision for a refund. Please allow 5 working days for the refund to process.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
