Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Including weekends but excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Christmas: Christmas Deadline for Guarantee arrival is 18th December. After the 20th we cannot Guarantee arrival before Christmas Day.

Currently we are unable to ship to mainland Europe due to the growing problems and concerns with Importing. If this changes in the near future we will let you know.

All Wirral postcodes in the following list: CH41, CH42, CH43, CH44, CH45, CH46, CH47, CH48, CH49, CH60, CH61, CH62, CH63, CH64 are subject to free delivery. 

Customers with postcodes NOT found in the above list, are not subject/ included for free shipping. If customers are found using the Wirral free shipping coupon code outside of the area, we are within our right to request a shipping payment or to cancel the order. We will always contact the customer to resolve any issues.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

  • For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.​

  • Please allow 7 working days from dispatch for your order to arrive. It is out of our control when we hand the order to our Courier. But if arrival time exceeds 7 working days please email us at info@thesicilianway.co.uk.

Return & Exchange Policy

As much as we hope you absolutely love our products. We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery. We ONLY accept unopened, unused and sealed items due to the fact we are selling consumable products. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

When we receive a returned product please allow 3 working days to investigate the product. You will be emailed with our decision for a refund. Please allow 5 working days for the refund to process.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@thesicilianway.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
